Following the completion of the Cascades Golf Course, designed by William S. Flynn in 1923, a number of these cottage style buildings was constructed to accommodate the many golf groups who frequented the area. Among its early employees who tended the course and learned his craft on its fairways was the legendary Sam Snead whose family farm is less than 2 miles away. It is the only remaining cottage that is still in use today. 

Each unit features beautiful hardwood floors throughout with vinyl flooring in kitchens and baths. Each North and South wing units also have full eat-in kitchens and living areas with a single full bath on the main floor.
