Virginia. Bacova was built in the 1920's as a lumber mill town and was completely restored in 1965. Hemlock Cottage is representative of a company house that has been carefully renovated. It will comfortably sleep
6 adults and 4 children. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, den with queen sleeper sofa upstairs and 1 twin and 2 twin sleeper sofas downstairs. The Bacova location is convenient to shopping and restaurants in nearby Warm Springs and Hot Springs, mineral baths in Warm Springs and 10 minutes from the fabulous Homestead Resort in Hot Springs.

features two bedrooms and one bath with an open
living/dining/kitchen area. Features in each apartment include

and sewer is included in the rental amount. Rent is $425 per
month for a lawful couple or family, $475 for 2 roommates, $525
for 3 roommates and $575 for 4 roommates. Renter is
responsible for all other utilities.
